WELCOME
Mary Jane Butler creates whimsical characters and figurative sculpture using natural objects found on the open range of Colorado. Sticks, weathered bones, yucca pods and stems combine with recycled fabrics, machine quilted fabric collage, polymer clay, beads, and other mixed media in each unique figure.
Pictured to the left is one of the dolls in the Range Walker Series.
His head is a weathered bone.
